Subscription Terms
- Your subscription will continue automatically and we will charge you at the then regular rate, less any applicable credits, unless you cancel, which you can do at any time. If at any time, you decide to cancel your subscription, you may contact customer service at 1-800-222-6336, and the full amount of any balance over $10.00 will be refunded.
- All subscriptions that include delivery of the print edition also include:
- 24/7 access to farmersadvance, our mobile sites and apps, and the eNewspaper.
- Thanksgiving Day print edition which will be charged at the then Thanksgiving Day newsstand price.
- Premium print editions throughout the year, which will be charged at $3
- Charges for Thanksgiving Day and Premium print editions will be added to the bill that corresponds to the delivery date of the edition.
- Print edition delivery is not available in all areas.
- Your subscription fee is per month. You can select to pay every month or every three, six, or 12 months.
- If you request that we not deliver a print edition due to vacation or other reason or if we fail to deliver a print edition on a specific day(s), your subscription remains active, including your full access to our content through our digital platforms. Therefore, we will continue to charge you the subscription fee, less the then regular amount attributed to providing delivery of the print edition. If you want to stop all charges you must cancel your subscription.
- Your first payment will be prorated based on the start date.
- For prior subscribers, any outstanding balance will be processed with the first EZ Pay charge.
- For digital only subscriptions,
- We do not provide refunds prorated for the remainder of the current month for Digital Only subscriptions.
- Digital only subscriptions do not include print supplements.
